Key Responsibilities
Recruit 1,000+ new creators monthly and maintain 50% engagement
Drive $250K in monthly affiliate sales while achieving 10%+ profit
margins
Analyze affiliate data and run TikTok ad campaigns to optimize
performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social commerce or affiliate
marketing
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
making
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with
creators
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
