A company is looking for a (Senior) Data Scientist, Genomics
Algos.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large multimodal datasets to develop AI-powered clinical
reports
Develop and characterize algorithms for predicting cancer subtype,
patient outcome, and treatment response
Collaborate with various teams to enhance the data platform in
precision medicine
Required Qualifications
MS/PhD degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistical
genetics or bioinformatics
Experience with genomic or clinical data
Strong data analysis skills focused on genomics and clinical
datasets
Proficiency in machine learning algorithms relevant to genomics and
clinical research
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL and
data science tools
