Job Description:
A company is looking for a CX Designer/Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer development interviews and uncover critical
insights
Design journey maps, concept storyboards, wireframes, and
interactive prototypes
Collaborate with venture teams to test and refine concepts for new
ventures or internal offerings
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in CX, UX, or product design and
research
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud,
InVision, or similar
Strong qualitative research skills, including interview planning,
facilitation, and synthesis
Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, and rapid
iteration
Fluent in Arabic and English
