Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Processing Associate
responsible for executing payment processing procedures and
maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and verify accuracy of payment information
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment status and
resolve issues
Maintain organized payment documentation to ensure compliance with
audit and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or associate's degree with 2+ years of
experience in Finance Ops or Payment Processing
Proficiency in using computers for record maintenance and data
entry
Excellent organizational skills for managing detailed records
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Understanding of office procedures and operations
