Job Description:
A company is looking for a 911 Accuracy Coordinator 2.
Key Responsibilities
Perform wireline subscriber data maintenance and data entry
according to departmental procedures
Ensure 100% accuracy in call routing data updates
Act as the point of contact for account customers and end users via
email, Help Desk tickets, or phone
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years of clerical, data entry, or customer service
experience required
Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment
preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
