Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP C4C / ISU Consultant.As a Lead SAP C4C / ISU Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. This position may require travel or relocationPreferred QualificationsAt least 7 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs with experience of CRM / Customer Service Management modulesExperience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North AmericaKey process and architectural knowledge in Move in Move out areas, fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processesExperience in BRF+Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:Requirement gatheringBusiness process designSAP configurationRICEFW Functional designSystems and Integration TestingResolving production issuesStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU dataAbility to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshoreFlexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a dayThis job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
