In this job, you'll primarily work in the Identity, PKI, & Insider Risk Security space to ensure integrated Cybersecurity solution design within multiple cloud & hybrid cloud, on-premise environments, user, device, & edge device authorization methods, Zero Trust design principals, Insider Risk, Private Key Infrastructure (PKI) and to ensure secure identification, authorization, and validation within all SCE Enterprise and Grid Modernization efforts. As an Enterprise Cybersecurity IAM, Advisor, your work will help ensure security measures align with our critical infrastructure core updates that power our planet, reduce carbon emissions, and create cleaner more efficient energy for everyone.     • Apply your knowledge of system engineering, risk identification and mitigation strategies for identity validation, authorization, device certification and zero trust design principals for integrated solution designs to ensure a defensible architecture is established.
    • Develop IT/OT integrated security design and strategies for integrated Cybersecurity solutions into Operational environments.
    • Assess Identity and Access future and emerging technologies to establish lowest risk profile, integrated security solutions and awareness to the organizational units to align Cybersecurity Standards with zero trust best practices.
    • Support establishing programmatic approach to implementing secure hygiene practices in Enterprise business solutions.
    • Mentor junior IR and Engineering resources. Qualifications
      The essentials
      • Seven (7) or more years of Cybersecurity experience.
      • Four (4) or more years of IAM, PKI, & least privilege security experience. The preferred
        • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study.
        • Experience with Zero Trust design principle implementation.
        • Experience Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) integration methodologies, identify based user and device authorization practices and insider risk-based scorecard development.
        • Understanding of emerging impacts of quantum computing, quantum key distribution, & blockchain a plus.
        • Possess one or more of the following Information Security certifications: CISSP, GSEC, CRISC, GREM, GNFA, CCNA, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) You should know
          • This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.

          • The primary work location for this position is Rosemead, CA however, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
          • Relocation may apply to this position.
          • Position may require up to 5-10% traveling between alternate SCE work location sites.
          • This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
          • Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work directly as employees for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
            • US Citizenship required as part of Critical Infrastructure security protocols. Testing
