Key Responsibilities
Respond to client emails and phone calls, facilitating appropriate
resolutions
Document account activity in multiple systems, including Artiva
Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve client
concerns
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience in EBO Call Center Customer Service or
two years of comparable work experience
Healthcare knowledge is required
Professional telephone etiquette
Customer service experience and/or call center experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
