A company is looking for a Medical Billing Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide accurate
information regarding their accounts
Generate insurance verification reports and determine patient
eligibility and benefits
Educate patients on financial assistance options and assist with
payment arrangements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced medical billing
environment
Experience in a healthcare setting is required
Comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable management in
healthcare
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with medical
terminology
