Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative - Remote
Arkansas.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from providers regarding Credentialing
Verification Organization (CVO) and Provider Enrollment
Document interactions by creating a Customer Tracking Number (CTN)
for each call
Escalate complex issues to management as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
1-2 years of experience in a contact or call center environment
Background in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare operations
preferred
Experience with call center platforms such as CXone or Avaya is a
plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word,
Outlook, and Teams
