Job Description:
In-Home Sales | Base Uncapped Commission! We’re hiring a
motivated Insulation Sales Consultant to join our growing HVAC
division. This is a new role with strong earning potential, focused
on selling residential insulation and energy-efficiency solutions
that improve home comfort and reduce energy loss. You’ll work with
warm leads and leads generated by HVAC Service Technicians
delivering a consultative, in-home sales experience. What You’ll Do
Close residential insulation sales through in-home consultations
Follow up on qualified leads from HVAC service calls Educate
homeowners on comfort improvement, energy efficiency, and savings
Present clear proposals and pricing Meet or exceed sales and
revenue goals Document activity in CRM (ServiceTitan) Requirements
What We’re Looking For 2 years of residential in-home sales
experience (home services or HVAC preferred) Proven closing and
customer-focused sales skills Strong communication and presentation
ability Comfortable working in residential environments Experience
