Marina del Rey Hospital! Job Duties and Responsibilities: Float to
assigned unit/s: Med surg/Tele or ICU Assists patients with
activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting and hygiene
Provides basic nursing care to non-acutely and acutely ill patients
Assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment Works under
the directions and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of
the team and/or unit Answers phones and call lights Ensures unit is
stocked with supplies Assists patient transporter as needed Other
duties as assigned Shifts: Night Shift 1930- 0700 including some
weekends shifts Qualifications Experience: 1 or more years of
nursing assistant experience (strongly preferred) Certifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred) Current BCLS certification,
required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to read and
communicate effectively in English Basic computer knowledge About
